Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at kmkiller@kmkiller.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: Avinguda d’Alacant, 94, 03760, Ondara, Alicante, Spain.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing any justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you made your purchase using only a phone number, without an email address, you will not be able to access the URL above. In that case, please use the order management link included in the SMS confirmation of your purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Return shipping
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. You have 14 days from the date on which you notify us of your decision to withdraw to send the item back to us.

 

Original shipping refund
In the event of withdrawal, we will also refund the cost of the original standard shipping. If you chose a shipping method that was more expensive than the standard option, we will only refund the amount corresponding to the standard shipping method.
